Close to 90 Flights Linked to Epstein Reportedly Landed at or Took Off from British Airports

An investigation has identified that approximately 90 flights linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein are said to have arrived at and departed from British airfields, with some allegedly carrying British women who claim they were victimized by the found guilty child sex offender.

Aviation Records Reveal Pattern of Movement

The travel manifests were among a trove of court documents and papers released by Epstein’s estate that have been released over the last year. The investigation uncovered 87 flights connected to Epstein – encompassing many that were not previously known – coming into or leaving from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and After Guilty Verdict Flights

Unnamed women were documented among the individuals flying to and from the UK. Significantly, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred after Epstein’s 2008 guilty verdict for procuring prostitution from a child.

“It was ‘appalling’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his operations in the country,” remarked American attorneys representing hundreds of Epstein victims.

British Victims and Court Cases

Evidence from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. Yet, that victim has not received any contact by police in the UK, according to her attorney based in Florida.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police stated they had “not been provided with any additional information that would support restarting the probe.” They added, “Should new and relevant information be presented to us, including any resulting from the release of documents in the US, we will evaluate it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Judicial Decisions

A bill to make public every document held by the US government in relation to Epstein passed the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to follow through. A vast number of documents are projected to be made public.

Additionally, a federal judge ordered last week that the department could make public evidence from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s long-term associate, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
